In accordance with the California invasion of Privacy Act (CIPA) Bell Properties Inc. duly notifies you that all incoming and outgoing calls (to/from Bell Properties) will be recorded starting February1st 2023, for record-keeping, training and quality assurance purposes.  This letter serves as formal notice and recipients consent to said recording.  All calls will be recorded attached to your account.

•          If you have a routine maintenance request, please complete the request online, through your tenant portal.
