Included with ALL lease agreements under BELL Properties, is the Resident Benefits Package.

These features are included for $29.99 in addition to your rent payment.

The Bell Property Management Resident Benefits Package (RBP) delivers savings and

convenient, professional services that make taking care of your home second nature. Applicant

agrees to be enrolled and to pay the applicable cost relevant to Property.

Your RBP may include:

➢ Filter delivery: Changing filters is as easy as opening the front door. This service helps you save up to $250 per year and reduces the hassles of repairs.

➢ Utility concierge service: One call sets up utility, cable, and internet services - and makes sure you get the best price.

➢ Resident rewards: Earn rewards and save on everyday expenses for the best rental experience you’ve ever had.

Pinata’s rent reporting tool, Credit Engine, can supercharge your credit score by up to 60 points. Finally get the credit you deserve for your largest monthly expense…your rent.

➢ PhoneAssist, 24/7 & online maintenance reporting: Makes reporting those pesky maintenance issues easy and fast, either online or by phone

➢ Online portal: Easy access to your account and documents.

➢ Vetted vendor network: We may find the technicians, but you can feel safe knowing they’re reputable, licensed, and insured for every job.

➢ One Time Returned or Late Fee (when paid by the 8th of the month) - Fee Forgiveness. ($50.00) (once per year)

Phone Assist, 24/7, a concierge to help you schedule work on your home, troubleshoot in-home problems, ask rental questions, and fulfill repairs and maintenance.

You can even call your home assistant to help troubleshoot issues that are normally your responsibility, not management’s. Call your assistant when you need help with any in-home issue. We want your rental experience to be a delight and we’re excited to bring this concierge service to you.

The monthly investment for the BELL Properties Resident Benefits Packages, is $29.99/mo. for all these exceptional benefits (24x7 Phone Assist), texting, credit reporting, free ACH payments and more. Prior residents on earlier versions of the RBP will be updated to this new level of service, effective March 1st, 2021.
