Included with ALL lease agreements under BELL Properties, is the Resident Benefits Package.
These features are included for $29.99 in addition to your rent payment.
Bell’s Resident Benefit Package includes: Home Assist 24x7
Home assistant 24/7, a concierge to help you schedule work on your home, troubleshoot in-home problems, ask rental questions, and fulfill repairs and maintenance. The Home Assistant also provides reimbursements to you for accidental repairs that you may cause like drain or toilet clogs.
You can even call your home assistant to help troubleshoot issues that are normally your responsibility, not management’s. Call your assistant when you need help with any in-home issue. We want your rental experience to be a delight and we’re excited to bring this concierge service to you.
