Rent Payment

Dear Tenant,

As your new property management team, we would like to welcome you into your home and thank you for your cooperation working with us. The purpose of this short letter is to reiterate the payment methods available to you and ensure that payments are received by the 1st of every month. Going forward, it’s extremely important that you abide by the terms of your lease. 

WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH DROP OFF TO OFFICE, but have a CASH PAY OPTION BELOW Free Payment 

Options:

Pay Online, using your checking account. You can easily pay online using your checking account, with no fee! To access your portal, we need your email, telephone numbers and other important contact details. If you’d like to set up online payment, please contact us by email (support@bellpropertymgmt.com)

Convenient Payment Methods, with a service fee: Pay your rent by credit card using our online tenant portal. To set up online payments please contact us by sending a message through your tenant portal. The cost of paying by credit card is 3.25% of your rent. Use our payment partner Cash Pay, at Ace Cash Express & many other locations. 

For information on using this option, obtain your Cash Pay Account Number, by contact your property manager through your tenant portal. CashPay is the only method of paying by cash. Bell Properties, Inc does not accept cash at the office or by mail. The fee for paying by CashPay Community Payments, is $4.00. View locations at https://paylease.com/cashpay/locations.

Pay your rent by check or money order, by mail or dropped off to our office. The fee for this payment option is $7.95 (either mailed or dropped off). Please include this amount in your rent payment, or this will be added to your account for future payments.
